Anti-fire media of aircraft seat

Anti-fire media of aircraft seat, is used for cushion It is made of flame-resistant fiber treated with common cotton fiber. It is tested by DIN-53438. It will not burn immediately when it is on fire, increasing the chance of survival.

G2-G4 Pleatable media

Pleatable media is raw material of cardboard filter, which made by water-proof cardboard. The media will sealed by melt glue with cardboard tightly to prevent leaking. Pleating media would increase filtration area result in higher efficiency and DHC, and decreased pressure drop. This filter is pre-filter need to be replaced often, so the simple structure made installation easier, we also could manufacture different size of product.
G2-G4 self-pleating media (PURE V)

PURE V is could be manufacture to cardboard or Aluminum frame filter. PURE V had solid structure so could pleat without web,Pleating media would increase filtration area result in higher efficiency and DHC, and decreased pressure drop. This filter is pre-filter need to be replaced often, so the simple structure made installation easier, we also could manufacture different size of product.
High DHC Media

LPHD Pocket filter

Pocket filter had large surface area, and this product had higher thickness result in higher DHC, reducing pressure drop. It’s had manyapplication such as printing, dying, ink chemical…
Pocket Media

Pocket Media is the media for pocket filter(M5~F9), this product could adjust thickness and material inside pocket to increase efficiency or reduce pressure drop.
LPHD Electrostatic Media

It’s media for pocket filter and cardboard filter, could be adjusted the DHC and efficiency depend on requirement. Needle punch would make ES media tightly, increase gsm, higher efficiency, it’s very suitable for filter media. It’s also could be used by row media of face masks, which could achieve N95, FFP1, FFP2.
PM2.5 Media

PM2.5 media had higher filtration efficiency, usually produced by minipleat method, which could increase surface area effectively indicated that higher filtration efficiency (99% for pm2.5) and reduced pressure drop. PM2.5 media had wide range of application such as air clean machine and HEPA filter for FFU.
